Business Analyst - Fintech

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Business Analyst - Fintech. This role involves interpreting client requirements into actionable technical deliverables through solution design and scoping. The successful candidate will manage customer requirements, delivering results that enhance profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Solution Design and Scope of Work Documents
• Drafting FAT and UAT Documentation based on solution design
• Maintaining and updating project roadmaps for customers
• Hosting external and internal iterative requirements gathering and scoping sessions
• Compiling and reviewing Use Case diagrams, user stories, system interaction diagrams, collaborating with solution architects on component overviews
• Maintaining and contributing to the knowledge base on Confluence and teams’ stories/tasks
• Creating and compiling proposals based on client requirements
• Creating Design Mock-ups based on Client Requirements and working using Solution Design sessions with the teams and clients to understand deeper needs and opportunities
• Hosting Internal and External Scoping Sessions and Kick-off Meetings, and building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
• Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings or operational meetings
• Assisting the Marketing team with the creation/review of Sales and Marketing Material
• Assisting the Training Team with the creation/review of Training Material
• Providing Pre-Sales Assistance to the Sales and Marketing Team
• Conducting Competitor Analysis and Feedback, as well as Capability Assessments and support in tenders, RFPs, etc.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Must be certified by ECBA or IIBA
• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience with IT System Integrations
