Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing strategies to boost loan sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide financial advice on loan products and eligibility.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of car loans or similar financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client trust.
