POSITION: COMPLIANCE/AUDIT OFFICER (1 POSTS)

The Compliance/Audit Officer will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting internal audits, mitigating risks, and upholding ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of agriculture-related regulations, and experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
2. Plan and conduct internal audits to assess operational, financial controls and compliance control.
3. Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend improvements.
4. Evaluate business processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
5. Develop and maintain audit plans, reports, and compliance documentation.
6. Prepare detailed audit reports and compliance assessments for senior management.
7. Report and escalate compliance violations and audit findings as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor, degree in accounting, Finance, business administration, law or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in Agriculture Industry, Agribusiness is an advantage.
