The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue from walk-in customers, referrals, and inbound leads. You will lead the in-house sales team to achieve high conversion rates, exceptional customer satisfaction, and outstanding sales efficiency. This role focuses on maximizing every inbound opportunity through structured processes, effective team performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to customer experience excellence.
Participate in strategic business planning processes.
Lead, coach, and manage the in-house sales team.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for in-house teams.
Maximize conversion rates from walk-in customers, inbound calls, and "Lipa pole pole" orders.
Ensure timely follow-up on all open quotations and inbound leads.
Ensure a professional, consistent, and engaging customer experience.
Manage the HQ showroom.
Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce adherence to Sales SOPs and company policies.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce, or any related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably In-house or office-based sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
