Job Summary

Panda Innovations seeks a proactive Operations and Project Manager to oversee and optimise key business functions, including project development, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic coordination. This role is central to ensuring the successful execution of company programs such as Panda Digital, driving growth through impactful initiatives, and managing key stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program development, proposal writing, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support company programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of key projects, including Panda Digital and other innovation-driven programs.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including private sector organizations, NGOs, and government entities.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including grant applications, donor engagement, and proposal writing.
• Develop new projects and programs aligned with Panda Innovations' mission and goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth program execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring measurable impact and sustainability.
• Manage operational workflows, ensuring efficiency in project implementation and execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategies and optimize operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or program coordination.
• Strong expertise in partnership development, fundraising, and proposal writing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and business development tools.
