Job Responsibilities

1. Bank reconciliation
2. Receiving suppliers’ invoices from stores and posting into the system
3. Filing monthly VAT returns
4. Filing PAYE and SDL on monthly basis
5. Posting intercompany monthly entries
6. Creditors account reconciliations
7. Checking daily production entries from production card circulated in mails and compares with SAP system
8. Inventory reconciliation
9. Ensuring proper compliance on all statutory matters and responding with documentation during examination or audit
10. Customers ledger reconciliation and confirmation
11. Perform any other related duties as assigned by Head Department/GM.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
• CPA
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Experience in working with multiple Manufacturing Industry
