Admin and Accounts Officer

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for an Admin and Accounts Officer who will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial information to help the organization make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports on financial status and variances.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures and report discrepancies.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and office operations.
- Manage office supplies procurement and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office facilities.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle complex billing inquiries and resolve customer financial issues.
- Assist in setting payment terms and credit limits for clients.
- Monitor customer accounts for payment patterns and risks.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer financial records and update CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
