Basic Job Functions
- Maintaining compliance with policy requirements for all forms created in the system
- Responding to customers' queries at the branch
- Making sure that loans are accurately created in the system and the loan officer is informed of all pending issues
- Ensure office functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently
Description of the minimum knowledge, skill, competency, and experience needed
- At least an Ordinary Diploma in any business-related field
- Two years of working experience
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
