Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role involves carrying out administrative tasks, managing our fleet, and overseeing the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative tasks, including managing files, handling correspondence, and updating internal databases.
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the organization.
• Oversee and manage the organization’s fleet, including maintenance scheduling, licensing, and registration.
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in fleet management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
