Aftermarket Solution Consultant

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for an Aftermarket Solution Consultant who will be responsible for On-Site Supervision of GET and Undercarriage. Ensure GET and Undercarriage is a large component of Planning Activities. Ensure priorities are placed on the transport and return of Undercarriage from the Rebuild Centre. Work with Territory GET and Undercarriage Specialist on updates and training.

Responsibilities:

Carry out frequent CTS Analysis on all Tracked Machines, including O&K and prepare documentation for changeout projections.
Carry out frequent wear analysis on Dump Truck Dump Bodies and Dozer Blades, ensuring this information is tracked and recorded for planning.
Keep accurate records of all Undercarriage replacements, ensuring that CTS is capturing all data.
Keep accurate records of GET/Undercarriage component life, reporting on Cost/Hr, Hours per Change. Ensure that records are reported frequently, against any competitive GET’s.
Ensure U/C Replacement feature in all planning activities, and work with the Operations team to ensure U/C Changeout strategy is clear.
Project expected undercarriage usage consumptions, and communicate to the Parts Admin Manager.
Ensure turnaround of Undercarriage from the Rebuild Centre is optimised with quick dispatch of removed components.
Ensure tracks that are beyond repair are disposed of on site.
Record all movements of U/C to/from the Rebuild Centre, ensuring turnaround time is tracked effectively.
Keep constant communication with the Territory GET/UC Specialist, ensuring all necessary updates, training and information is transferred.
Where the need arises, carry out tasks assigned by the Project Manager to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in Planning and Parts
