The role
Screens, diagnoses and treats patients with eye diseases and injuries of the eyes; examines patients for symptoms indicative of organic or congenital ocular disorders and determines the nature and extend of injury or disorder; refers patients for admission or further consultation; ensures that all administrative work related to patients are completed in time and according the required process; Assists in the organization and smooth running of outreach activities.
Participates in call duties and conduct wards rounds at weekends as required; Provides further assistance to Ophthalmologists whenever required. Ensures all the working tools under custody are handled properly and works according to the set standards and guidelines.
Like other CCBRT staff, the AMO actively participates in PDCA problem solving and daily huddles, and is expected to ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and participates actively in cross functional teams to provide the best services to our customers.
