Summary of Job Purpose:

Responsible for financial management on day-to-day duties pertaining to company policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications, skills and related knowledge:

At least 1 year work experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
CPA Holder or Intermediate level of CPA will add value
Identify and resolve problems before they become serious
Good communication skills
Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
Must have Computer skills (application of MS offices)

Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly Financial Analysis such as Statement of financial performance.
Prepare Projected Expenditures and Timelines budget
Generate and process Monthly Invoices
Follow-up Outstanding bills from clients
Maintain Financial and Accounting Records
Assist in Auditing Activities by making available all necessary information.
Bank reconciliation.
Maintaining general ledgers and accounts payable files.
Keeping up with the company tax obligations

General requirements
