Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a Bar Manager to handle the Beach House restaurant Bar, the candidate we are looking for has to have the following qualities

• A degree/diploma in Hospitality
• 3 years and more experience in managing Bar as an independent outlet 
• Extensive knowledge in making cocktails and recepies
• Creative mind on designing new cocktails which matches the concept of the beach House
• good leadership and communication skills
• Experience in cost controlling and Budget making
