Position: BRAC Learning Center (BLC) Manager
Job Location: Dodoma, Tanzania

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & take control of all service operations at BRAC Learning Center (BLC).
- Ensure efficient utilization of all training resources and maintain the quality of training tools and equipment.
- Manage and maintain training schedules.
- Maintain updated staff training databases and provide monthly reports.
- Ensure monthly training schedules and participants lists are prepared according to the annual calendar.
- Support in training needs analysis and preparation of the annual training plan.
- Advise on strategies for learning resource provision and manage their implementation.
- Manage the learning resources center effectively, ensuring a responsive and welcoming service.
- Oversee daily procurement, accounts, and finance operations.
- Collaborate with program managers to develop learning resources that meet course needs.
- Use quality indicators to measure the performance of the learning center.
- Develop effective teamwork within the BRAC learning center and among staff.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and performance of BLC staff.
- Market the center to external clients.
Safeguarding Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation in line with the program's safeguarding goals.
- Act as a key source of support and expertise on safeguarding for creating a safe working environment.
- Promote and endorse safeguarding policy issues among team members and ensure implementation.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure and encourage others to do so if any reportable incidents occur.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with local or international organizations in the hospitality industry.
- At least three years of experience with a training unit or center.
- Professional facilitation certification from TAMFI, ILO, MSTCDC, or BRAC.
