Branch Manager
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for customer retention, branch productivity, enhanced customer service and loyalty, and generating growth through effective customer relationship management and sales to achieve branch business targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business growth through marketing bank products; build and maintain existing and new customer relationships to achieve annual business targets.
- Manage the branch’s liability portfolio and cross-selling.
- Ensure customer retention by enhancing customer service at the branch level (e.g., monitoring customer complaints and transactions, meeting with high-net-worth clients regularly, and maintaining personalized relationships).
- Ensure branch business practices comply with relevant banking laws, regulations, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of reports (e.g., periodic business, call reports, and surprise check reports).
- Coordinate the review of branch risk control self-assessments (RCSA) with the Branch Operations Manager.
- Develop, update, and maintain risk procedures and systems regarding risk identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation strategies, and reporting.
- Implement board/management directives for the branch effectively and timely.
- Overall in charge of department staff, including leave management, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Support the Head of Business Development in preparing branch business-related budgets by providing input.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven working experience at the Branch Manager level.
- Excellent organizational skills.
