Branch Operations Officer

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage customer service operations, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding service and support.
• Assist in processing loan applications and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Record and manage all branch transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements.
• Conduct regular financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Remind customers of upcoming payment due dates to ensure timely payments and reduce default rates.
• Collaborate with branch staff to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in the analysis of branch performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
• Proven experience in customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a microfinance institution or bank is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
• Must be a lady, aged below 30.
