We have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the following deliverables;

• Implementing the agreed sales strategy in order to grow the market share of the company by meeting the set sales targets.

• Establishing sustainable relationships with brokers, agencies and other financial institutions in order to generate business.

• Distribution  of the company products to corporate and related organizations

• Continuous  networking in order to increase the brand awareness for the company

• Continuous  scanning of the external environment to ensure the continued relevance of the sales strategy of the company

Qualifications and Experience required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or insurance related qualification.

• At least 10 years sales experience in Life Insurance

• Proven valid network within the corporate world.

• Good planning ability and high-level innovation.
