Key responsibilities for Marketing Business Development Officer
- Supporting the beneficiaries in the program to draft comprehensive business plans.
- Train the beneficiaries in the program on different modes of sales and marketing.
- Supporting the beneficiaries in the program to come up with good business names.
- Supporting the beneficiaries in the program to develop appropriate logos.
- Supporting the beneficiaries in the program to develop business Neech and products differentiation
- Support the beneficiaries in opening of Accounts with KCB Bank Tanzania for 684 beneficiaries.
- Supports the beneficiaries in the program to develop and implementing marketing strategies.
- Supports the beneficiaries in tendering process.
- Support the beneficiaries in the program in customer acquisition, developing and implementing customer service strategy.
- Support the beneficiaries in the program in creating of a web and social media pages and how to operate them.
- Assist in industrial attachment, mentorship, and coaching process
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting for both in country and to KCBF
- Recruitment of new beneficiaries.
- Keeping track of the end-to-end process of the 2jiajiri program in the areas of expertise.
