BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: BANKING
HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Business Performance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of key business strategies, performance indicators, and budget preparations within the bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- •Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
- •Monitor and evaluate the performance of various business units and departments against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance
- •Contribute to the budget planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. •Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable budgets that support strategic goals.
- •Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and variance reports, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, cost control, and revenue generation.
- •Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial and operational findings, progress against targets, and budgetary implications.
- •Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- •Assess financial risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MBA, Science, Statistics, Economics, or any related field
- •Proven work experience at least 8 years in the field.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills.
