TIMWE Group operates in 80 countries through 30 offices. Outside of our core Latin American and Middle Eastern markets, we are rapidly consolidating our position across Africa, Eastern Europe and the Asian regions.
To sustain its fast-paced growth, TIMWE maintains a clear focus on new trendy technology and needs to expand its team. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking a Client Manager:
MUST DO:
- Lead the implementation teams inside the client (mobile operator) ;
- Manage the relationship with the customers and interact with the project managers of on-going projects, by understanding the project requirements and develop Project Scope;
- Manage the sales project and identify business opportunities inside all company’ business units;
- Have a good knowledge of the company’ product portfolio, both VAS and Professional Services;
- Identify and lead the capture of new business inside the customer;
- Assure the control and delivery of the Profit & Loss agreed targets of the client;
- Assure the recruitment, assessment, and development of the team assigned to the client.
MUST HAVE:
- Degree in IT/Engineering or related area;
- Project Management and people management skills;
- Sales and commercial skills (networking, interpersonal relationship, drive, among others);
- Preferred background: Management consultancy experience – 10 years of experience;
- Good track record of delivery targets – people management and sales;
- Good understanding of Mobile, VAS and Professional Services technical context;
- Strong sales and commercial skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Excellent English level is mandatory.
