BUWASA is an autonomous entity which is responsible for supplying of clean and safe water as well as provision of sanitation services for Bukoba Municipality.
The Authority is looking for a competent, dynamic, energetic, committed, experienced and well-qualified Tanzanian who is capable of embracing and driving change in BUWASA to fill COMMERCIAL MANAGER vacant post.
(i) Required Qualifications and Experience
The holder of Degree in any field of Engineering/ Business Administration/ Finance or any related field from a recognized university plus strong interpersonal skills. Six years of experience with at least 3 years of Senior Level Management roles in planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities on customer relations from a reputable large or medium business organization.
(ii) Duties and Responsibilities
1. Head of commercial department
2. Create and implement short-term business plans and long-term strategic plans
3. Coordinate the preparation of annual capital and operating budgets of the department
4. Maintain good customer relationships by responding to their request and complaints.
5. Overall Debt Management
6. Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the managing director
