I. POSITION SUMMARY

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is an International Conservation-NGO with the mission to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment and build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. WWF Tanzania through Energy and Climate Change Program has received grants from EU to support the implementation of the “Integrated Approach for Transformation of Tanzania Fuel Wood Value Chain ProjectTFWVC”. The project is being implemented in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Tabora, Morogoro, Tanga and Pwani regions. WWF Country Office is therefore, seeking a Project Communication and Outreach Officer to provide support in the project communication and outreach programmes. She/he will have responsibility to ensure quality and timely delivery of results related to communications and outreach programmes under the project. The Communication and Outreach Officer, with support from TCO Head of Communication, will work closely with the Practice Coordinator and Project Officer to execute the following tasks:
