Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• ERP management (Odoo)
• Strategic support to management
• IT support
• Company laptop account & data maintenance
• Training fellow staff in Excel and digital skills
• Digital planning - project management, timelines, etc.

Must Have:

• University degree in IT, business administration, accounting, or a related field
• Professional experience with data management and excellent Excel skills
• Perfect written English & Swahili
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Analytical thinker

Nice to Have:

• Experience in writing online content
• Additional languages
• Google Adwords experience
• Strong analytical skills

• The applicant is requested to stay in the Ifunda area or other close to the farm.
• The first 6 months are a probationary period on a farming-based salary. Renegotiations after 6 months.
