DEPUTY LAB MANAGER (OIL & GAS INDUSTRY)
HR World Limited on behalf of our client Oil and gas Industry we are looking for a Deputy Lab Manager who will conduct quality analysis tests of raw materials and blended products.
1. Responsible for conducting various pre-inspection quality tests of incoming raw materials i.e. base oils and additives.
2. Responsible for supervising pilot blending when verifying new formulations and recommending any necessary adjustments.
3. Responsible for supervising routine laboratory activities eg. Preparation of working chemical solutions, analyzing samples from the blending section.
4. Responsible for supervision of calibration of laboratory equipment and apparatus as per calibration procedures.
5. Responsible for documentation of data and entering and completion of data into Laboratory Information Management System, JDE.
6. Responsible for coordinating and controlling the stock position of chemicals, glassware, and other consumables.
7. Responsible for analyzing used oil, kerosene, IDO, Hfo, Gasoil, Petrol from Depot and other customers
