Devices Support Specialist (Grade 8)
Job Purpose:
This Role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of devices initiatives while ensuring healthier data business growth.
Core Responsibility:
- Execute Mobile broadband initiatives
- Work closely with IT and technical to ensure products are well configured
- Analyzing and Monitoring devices offers performance
- Prepare and coordinate training related to Data and devices to all customers touch points
- Work closely with other departments to ensure MBB products are delivered and communicated well in all customers touch points.
- Support the execution of Devices financing
- Support the execution of Open market products
- Support Tecno's motorbike and TV mega promo
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounts, Management, IT or related fields
- 1-year experience in sales and distribution, Customer support, Data and Devices Knowledge.
