JOB PURPOSE

The Digital & VAS Manager is responsible for implementation of new Digital & VAS products as well as for achieving VAS & Digital Products Performance targets. This also includes coordinating efforts of team members and other departments for timely implementation of new products or review conditions of existing VAS products.

 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and support of Digital & VAS team.
  
• Ensure budget accomplishment through on time roadmap deployment and consumer-based high-quality products and promotions for Digital and VAS services. 
  
• Lead on Digital & VAS strategy development process.
  
• Define the pricing strategy and implement it to ensure profitability of the VAS & Digital services.
  
• Monitoring and analysis of Digital services performance and initiate proper adjustments to improve performance.
  
• Collaborate and communicate with other product managers in order to achieve time to market effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
  
• Evaluate prospective suppliers relating to the products and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing providers 
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget and according to the digital project roadmap.
  
• Risk management to minimize project risks
  
• Maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
  
• Progress Report to management.
  
• Support for project development and product management on the need basis.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in marketing, communication, engineering and/or business administration.
  
• Preferably an MBA or Master’s Degree
  
• Fluent in English
  
• 3+ years of proven experience in Telecommunications, Project management, Managing Digital and VAS projects.
  
• Experience managing people, building teams and developing new capabilities.
  
• Knowledge of Project management and using PM tools
