What you'll do
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ESL and typing lessons catering to students' diverse needs.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their language and typing proficiency goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions to enhance your teaching skills.
What we're looking for
- A degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching ESL and typing/computer skills to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
