Group Farm Manager or Assistant Group Farm Manager, managing all production and grading related functions of a cut-rose farm, focussed on improving production in a modern horticultural organization, reporting to the MD of the Group.
A horticultural practical and educational background is required plus a minimum of 1-3 years experience in floriculture in a leading position in production.
