Finance Manager
About the Role
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will focus on the day-to-day financial aspects of a company, also look into long-term planning and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
- Put in place robust financial systems and processes
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Oversee cash flow management
- Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
- Develop relationships with external advisors, e.g. solicitors and banks
- Liaise with auditors for annual monitoring
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience as Accounting or Finance Manager
- At least 6 years of experience on a managerial level
- Must be a CPA holder
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
