DESCRIPTION

Financial Controller closely works with General Manager of the resort and Corporate Director of Finance to manage all financial aspects of the resort, prepare business plan and follow up on it implementation and maintain a productive relationship with local authorities.

Develop, train and coach Finance team.

Work closely with Heads of Departments to control costs and maximize revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years in the position of Financial Controller / Head of Finance department in the hotel/ resort
• 10-15 years of experience in Finance in the hotel/resort environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in remote areas is an advantage
