Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a food and Beverage Manager whose core task is to Manage all Hotel Outlets and Banquettes services for the Hotel
The ideal candidate has to have the following
- Minimum 2 years work experience as an Outlet manager in luxury hospitality sector is required.
- Multi-unit operational experience including event’s management is preferred.
- Having strong knowledge in Beverage and Mixology is required.
- Having the passion for designing menu concept.
- Creative
- Energetic and interactive personality.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
- Good guest relations and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate staff is essential.
Professional presentation and customer centric attitude.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Comprehensive computer knowledge in MS Office and POS operation.
- Good knowledge of financial statements.
