Graduate Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supervising Construction projects and ensuring their timely completion
2. Prepare progress reports
3. Determine project costs in terms of labour, material and related costs
4. Prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans and schedules
5. Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, verifying calculations and placements
6. Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding subordinates and operators
7. Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures
8. Provides engineering information by advising management on required actions

Key Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required for the job

• Must be a holder of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (structural and/or buildings) or equivalent from recognized institution
• Must be registered by Engineers Registration Board
• Must have an experience of not less than 5 years in the similar works
• Must be between 30-40 years of age
