GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for a Group Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial health of an organization to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Overall responsibility for the performance of the group within budget parameters as agreed with the Group General Manager / Board.
- Ensuring the group has robust financial internal controls in the hub kitchen and satellite stores, including strategic oversight of subsidiaries in Mbeya and Mwanza.
- Develop and present to the Group General Manager/ Board the long-term strategy, operational, capital budgets, and business plan.
- Supporting the company’s sales & marketing team in providing a good back-end by ensuring product marketers have a good cost base for determining Route to Market (RTM) for the company’s products.
- Ensure the Company remains viable through effective management of financial resources including cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Actively promote the Company at local and international levels.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- A bachelor's and Masters's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- CPA certified.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow modeling, audit, tax, and compliance obligations accounting.
