HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to drive digital transformation, improve customer retention, and support entry into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies
- Design data collection strategies for valuable customer insights, informing digital marketing and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Group IT and Group Marketing to ensure alignment in digital initiatives
- Drive customer retention through personalized engagement and loyalty programs
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and e-commerce strategies
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for digital initiatives to maximize Return On Investment (ROI)
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, optimizing e-commerce platforms
- Enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and personalized interactions
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies
- Engage with external partners for innovative solutions and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cyber security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and digital transformation, ideally within a multinational setting
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce tools, and customer insights
- Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and financial management skills
