Job Summary:

Apex Workforce Solutions Ltd, representing our client in the Cement industry, we are  seeking for a Head of Human Capital to be based in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources function of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
