Currently, the bank is seeking additional talent to serve in the role outlined below

Head of Legal

Reporting to the managing director, the role holder is responsible for effective and efficient management of the legal department, providing legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks. This is a leadership role which is expected to ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the legal department. The roll holder is expected to lead the legal department as a strategic function that delivers practical, proactive, timely and relevant legal services in response to a broad range of complex business matters of significant strategies and financial value and to provide solutions to manage the risks.
