Job Purpose

To Ensure (a) complete legal compliance in all matters that may have any legal implications and (b) prevention & management of unnecessary exposure form internal and external sources.

Job Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Law.
At least 12-15 years' relevant industry experience; working with large organizations handling various legal & administration activities and as an advocate.
Strong knowledge of commercial, civil and criminal law.
Sound analytical and research skills.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Computer Skills, Word, MS Access, Excess.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong writing skills.

Ability to work well within a team and individually.
