Head of Sales – Corporate & Enterprise
Reports to: The Director(s)
Responsible for generating new recurring revenue for a medium-sized ISP including but not limited to;
- Organize and create proposals and product information sheets.
- Conduct Sales using multiple methods (Door-to-Door, Calls, Networking, etc).
- Set and meet NEW MRC Targets on a periodic basis.
The Ideal candidate should;
- Have a background in sales in IT industry (ISP preferred) or selling to Corporates/Enterprises.
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swahili and English. Additional languages will be an
added advantage. - Understand basic marketing concepts.
- Have a car or a motorcycle and possess a valid Driver’s license.
- Be able to work independently, be a self-starter, motivated, and have good knowledge of local market players (competitors as well as customers) and possess a good network of contacts.
Remuneration: Base Salary + New MRC Bonus(es) + Retention Commission
