HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER (RETAIL AND FUNCTIONS)

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in banquet, food & beverage management, and retail function management within the hotel industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, customer care expertise, and a solid understanding of business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail and functional operations in line with company standards.
- Manage and coordinate events, banquets, and other functions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Supervise food and beverage operations, maintaining quality service and standards.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, demonstrating strong customer care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banquet, food & beverage, retail, and function management within the hotel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly recommended.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing functions, food & beverage, or banquets.
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
