Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: General Manager
Monitor and coordinate daily activities across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage).
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational procedures.
Address operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruption.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Support VIP guest handling and special requests.
Supervise, guide, and support frontline staff during shifts.
Inspect rooms, public areas, and service delivery standards regularly.
Act as a communication link between departments and management.
Report operational performance and incidents to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations.
Experience in a luxury or five-star hotel is an added advantage.
Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
