HR & ADMIN OFFICER
INDUSTRY: CONSTRUCTION
HR World limited on behalf our client in construction Industry, we are looking for a HR & Administrative officer who will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any other related field
- At least 3 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Good verbal and written communication skills
