HR OFFICER

HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
5. Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
6. Support training and development initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role.Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
