Job Overview:

HR Officer will provide support to the HR department in various human resources and administrative tasks, with a focus on maintaining efficient HR processes and fostering a positive work environment. He / she will be reporting to the Head of HR and Administration

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Maintain employee records, contracts and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Support in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
  4. Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops as needed.
  5. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including managing HR-related documentation and correspondence.
  7. Manage employee time and attendance records.
  8. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  9. Conduct exit interviews and assist in the off boarding process.
  10. Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  11. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  12. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  13. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  14. Perform payment processing by calculating employee salaries, distributing checks, and keeping payroll records.
  15. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  16. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  17. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  18. Any other job assigned by line manager & Directors
