Responsible for driving exceptional employee experience through delivery of solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy within the Reward & HR Services function. To include responsibility for the range of Reward and Recognition processes such as pay, incentives, benefits, recognition and policies. Provides advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of standardised HR processes and policies, compensation queries, benefits and other HR transactions.
