Sunshare Investment Limited is the international company operating its business in Tanzania and Zambia. The company has invested in Building materials, construction, real estate development and Agriculture. Our head Office in Tanzania is located in Temeke, Dar es Salaam near Tazara Railway Station. The company is urgently looking for a qualified, self-motivated and ambitious personnel to fill the vacancy of Human Resources & Administration Manager to handle the following duties:


Qualification: Degree/Advanced Diploma
Experience Level: Managerial
Experience Length: 5 Years

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interprets organization HR Policies and procedures and advises on their application and compliance to line management and employees
• Create and maintain secured employee personnel files that reflects all relevant information regarding their employment
• Manage all HR Programs and record their activities in appropriate formats
• Manage all HR legislated reporting requirements on behalf of the company
• Taking charge of personnel management including joining, probation, termination etc.
• Preparation of payroll and monthly returns including TRA, NSSF, WCF, TUICO, etc
• Processing work & residence permits for foreign employees
• Train all employees in the performance management system
• Representing the company to various HR related meetings, hearings etc
• Ensure all roles to be filled have a position description and approval
• Create HR recruitment advertising templates to use online or press adverts
• Organize timetable of activities, facilities, and technology to conduct the interview
• Determine all costs of operation of HR for input into the organization
• Other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Desired Skills & Attributes Education and Experience

(i) Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources/Business Administration/Law or any other related field.
(ii) Good understanding of Labour Laws and industrial relations
(iii) Experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources & Administration
(iv) Working experience in computer operation
