Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a trusted advisor who will provide strategic and day to day HR support to achieve company goals and coordinates the overall administration of human resources activities, services, and policies for the company. The individual will provide assistance to business units in the management and administration of strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations while ensuring adherence with all employment legislation and regulations and companies standards

The ideal candidate

Oversees the effective utilization of the company workforce and supports system-wide workforce planning, strategies, and initiatives. Provides strategic guidance and consultation to leadership and staff regarding human resources best  practices, policy interpretation, problem resolution, compliance with countries legislation and labor laws

Partners with Directors to review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of policies, procedures practices on personnel matters. In partnership with the Director and other leadership teams, manages communication of policy changes and procedures

Requirements & expectations

Masters Degree in Human Resources Management with 5+ years experience in relevant business experience in similar position
