Human Resources Manager

Qualification and Experience: master in human resource management with not less than three years experience, postgraduate in law mediation and arbitration is an added advantage.

Duties:

To collect, analyse, tabulate and maintain personnel records and statistics.
To administer recruitment, promotions, remunerations, pensions, leave, terminal benefits and staff location.
To assist in office management, personnel management, industrial relation and staff welfare.
To handle general disciplinary matters for junior staff.
To prepare general manpower planning, training, and career development programs. administer salaries and other staff remuneration.
To identify manpower needs and proper utilization of human resources. to review schemes of service and staff regulation. performing any other assigned duty
