Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is the market leader in management consulting and HR consulting services, serving as a one-stop center for turnaround consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy. With its Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, EFIC is seeking to employ a Human Resources Manager on behalf of a client.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
Lead performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development plans.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
Supervise HR staff and ensure efficient HR operations.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare strategic HR reports for management.
Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CPA HR) is an added advantage.
Proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Must have worked in the banking industry.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
