Position: Human Resources Officer (HRO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the section of HR & Administration with the overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources.
- Developing and implementing organizational development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Assisting and coordinating general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development, and training.
- Assisting to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, employee benefits (SSF etc.) and counseling.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR-related documents.
- Assisting day to day HR and Administrative matters.
- Provide staff orientations.
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
- Have frequent visits to different branches as and when necessary.
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR officer or administrative officer or other related positions.
- Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision making.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
