Job Title : ICT HELP DESK/USER SUPPORT (1 Post) – Centro for Information and Communication Technology (CICT) 
Report to: Director. Centre for Information and Communication Technology (CICT)
SJUT Main Campus, Mazengo – Dodoma 

Duties and Qualifications

• With guidance from senior staff, will be assisting staff and students alike in a simple to handle technical issues.
• A holder of a Certificate in Computer Applications or Computer Sciences. An applicant with Essentials of  IT Certificate would be an added advantage.
• With a minimum of three (3) years working experience.
• Staff salary rank according to SJUT Scheme of Service Local permanent contract and pensionable.
